I think the title reflects the author's intent to use only 1-syllable words. Even the contractions are monosyllables -- don't, won't, aren't.

I'll bet that if you analyzed all of Trump's speeches, you'd find that at least 80% of the words in them can be found in the 1,000 most commonly used words in English, and the ones that can't would mostly be those having to do with his "enemies". The man has no education and no vocabulary.
