Today is Move Back the Clock Day, which we in Arizona manage to escape.
Nyah nyah nyah.
Seriously, just think about it from our point of view. I live in the higher mountains north of Phoenix, but most of this state is a desert. Would you like to have one extra hour of daylight in the summer when it's already one hundred and ten frakking degrees at four o'clock in the afternoon?
'Nuff said.
(Although the Navajo Reservation, in the northeast corner of the state, does observe Daylight Savings Time. Go figure.)
